Matthews Named to Kentucky Juvenile Justice Board
Dr. Betsy Matthews, an associate professor in criminal justice and police studies at Eastern Kentucky University, has been appointed by Gov. Steve Beshear to a three-year term on the Juvenile Justice Advisory Board.
