Dr. Bob Rogow, dean of the College of Business and Technology at Eastern Kentucky University, has been appointed as interim president-elect of Phi Kappa Phi.
Rogow will serve in the position through August, filling the vacancy left by the death of Ray Sylvester, who passed away on Feb. 5 after a brief illness.
