Eastern Kentucky University’s new tartan design is now officially listed on the Scottish Register of Tartans, providing the University worldwide recognition and another means for branding.
The tartan will begin to show up as early this fall on a variety of products, including tumblers, phone cases, ties and wool scarves.
Dr. Jacquelyn W. Jensen, Hazel Wilson Endowed Chair and professor of family and consumer sciences education at Eastern Kentucky University, is the new editor for the Journal of Family and Consumer Sciences Education(JFCSE).
Eastern Kentucky University faculty member Dr. Mixon Ware, associate professor in Family and Consumer Sciences, was one of 23 international participants selected to attend the 9th annual Genocide and Human Rights Summer Institute, held at the University of Toronto Aug. 1-13.
