Former EKU Official Honored by National Assn. of State Motorcycle Safety Administrators
Dr. Ray Ochs, formerly director of Eastern Kentucky University’s Traffic Safety Institute and now director of training systems for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF), was honored recently at the annual National Association of State Motorcycle Safety Administrators conference.
