Completed AUDIT or PASS/FAIL request forms must be submitted to either the Richmond campus Registrar’s Office (SSB 239), or the Corbin, Danville, or Manchester centers.

31	Last day Graduate School will accept graduation applications for August 2008 graduation.
12-16	Pre-summer break
18	Residence Halls open, 8 a.m.
19	Summer School classes begin for the following sessions: 1st 5 week session 1st 6-week 1st 8-week 10-week (full summer term)
26	Holiday, Memorial Day. University closed
June
2	2nd 8-week session begin. (overlapping with 1st 8-week session)
16	2nd 6-week session begin. (overlapping with 1st 6-week session)
23	2nd 5-week session begin. ( 5-week sessions are consecutive non-overlapping sessions)
July
4	Holiday, Independence Day. University closed.
13	Masters Thesis deadline for Summer 2008 Graduates. Graduate Student Oral and Comprehensive Exam Reports Due.
25	Last day of Summer School. Graduation Commencement Ceremony, 7:30 p.m. Diplomas will be processed and mailed to graduates 6-8 weeks following commencement. See: Graduation Information web page for details. www.registrar.eku.edu.
26	Residence Halls close, 10 a.m.
28	Final grade deadline 1 p.m. Faculty to submit all final grades for all summer classes, via Banner Faculty Web by this date.
29	Final Grade Reports for students available online (EKU/Direct/Student Records/Official Grade Report).
