Senior Challenge Committee

In order for the Senior Challenge to be successful, we must have hard workers from all classes to devote time and effort to the Senior Challenge Committee. Serving on the committee provides an opportunity for students to be involved in a beneficial program to the University and develop leadership skills that will help propel them in their time at EKU. This program will enable students to be involved with Eastern’s development efforts and will inevitably give them a sense of pride for the work they have done.

Members of the Senior Challenge Committee are highly motivated, creative thinkers who wish to make a difference at Eastern Kentucky University. Many members of the Senior Challenge Committee have been, or currently are, leaders in other organizations across our campus.

The Senior Challenge Committee meets monthly to develop, plan, and promote the objectives of the Senior Challenge. This group is involved with raising money for the Senior Challenge, planning Senior Appreciation Days (a Senior Challenge original), and marketing and public relations aimed at promoting the Senior Challenge.
