The Office of Admissions will host numerous prospective student receptions in various cities across Kentucky this coming year. These receptions introduce Eastern Kentucky University to prospective students and their families in a relaxed, informal setting. By taking the university to various cities across the region, EKU is able to reach families who may not have the opportunity to visit our campus.

At each reception, representatives from the five academic colleges as well as from various student service areas are available to discuss the unlimited opportunities available at Eastern Kentucky University! Prospective students who attend the receptions and submit their application for admission (either bring a completed application or fill out an application at the reception) for an upcoming semester will have the $30 application fee waived!

All receptions are scheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. (unless otherwise noted)

• Wednesday, February 13, 2008 - Bluegrass Community & Technical College, Cooper Campus, Academic Technical Building Lobby, Lexington, KY
• Wednesday, March 19, 2008 - Bluegrass Community & Technical College, Cooper Campus, Oswald Building Lobby, Lexington, KY - Time: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• Monday, April 28, 2008 - Somerset Community & Technical College, Somerset, KY - Time: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
