Choirs to Present Spring Concert March 7
The Eastern Kentucky University Choirs will present their spring concert on Thursday, March 7 at 8 p.m. in Gifford Theatre.
The concert will feature Lynne Thomas Parks’ graduate conducting recital, as well as a preview of music that the University Singers will perform at Carnegie Hall in New York City in April.
The choirs will perform music by Paul Christiansen, Moses Hogan, Craig Hella Johnson, Morten Lauridsen, Steven Sametz, Richard Waters and Gwyneth Walker, among others.
The concert is free and open to the public.
