EKU to Co-Host, Co-Sponsor Kentucky High School Mock Trial Tournament
Eastern Kentucky University will co-host and co-sponsor the Kentucky High School Mock Trial Tournament March 8-10.
Approximately 300 competitors from 29 teams from across Kentucky will compete for the chance to advance to the national high school tournament.
Competition on March 8 will be take place at EKU’s Business and Technology Center. Events on March 9 will be at the Fayette County District and Circuit courtrooms, and the final round on March 10 will be at Fayette County District Court.
The three-day event is also sponsored by Bellarmine University.
Last year, EKU’s Mock Trial Team was nationally ranked and finished 15th in the national championship event.
