University, Local Libraries Partner to Provide Transportation to EKU Archives
Eastern Kentucky University Special Collections and Archives and the Madison County Public Library have partnered to make it more convenient for patrons to utilize the University’s rich archival treasures for research or genealogy projects.
Every Thursday Oct. 10-Nov. 21, free “door-to-door” transportation will be provided from the Madison County Public Library, 507 W. Main St., Richmond, to EKU’s John Grant Crabbe Main Library, home of Special Collections and Archives. Patrons can park at the Madison County Library and be transported at 10 a.m. to the EKU facility in the heart of campus. Return transportation will be provided from EKU to the local library at 2 p.m.
