Course Title: Human Geography
Course Section Information: GEO 220—Human Geography—is an online course worth 3 credit hours. This course provides students with a geographic perspective of human occupance of the earth. Emphasis will be placed on the patterns and processes of human activity and human/land interaction. Students will become familiar with many of the subdisciplines of human geography, including, cultural geography, economic geography, population geography, urban geography, and environmental geography. As this is a 100% online course, successful students will need to exercise both self-discipline and motivation in order to complete all readings, assignments, and tests before posted deadlines.
