EKU students will meet on campus in D 246 6 times a semester to complete performance competencies required for DPAM certification in KY.
OT graduates will meet 2 Saturdays--April 13 and 20, to complete performance competencies required for DPAM certification in KY.

Required Online Chat; Times, Dates and frequency of Online Chat Sessions: Performance competencies must be graded by OT/PT with DPAM supervisor license for KY.
Special conditions for tests such as designated locations or proctors: Monday 6pm - 8:45 pm on the following dates for EKU students
Jan 14, Feb 11, Feb 18, March 18, April 1, April 8, 2013.
Saturday on April 11 and 13, 2013 for OT graduates from 9am until 5pm
