Course Section Information: An examination of constitutional problems in American government. Emphasis is given to cases in their legal and political context. We’ll examine how the Supreme Court has shaped the powers of the Congress, President, federal-state relations, Contract Clause, Tax & Spending Clause, and Interstate Commerce Clause.
