Course Title: Violence Against Women
Course Section Information: This course focuses on the global problem of violence against women in its various forms, including wife abuse/marital violence in the US and Tajikistan, dowry death in India, acid burnings in Bangladesh, female infanticide in China and India, honour killings in the Middle East, bride kidnappings in Central Asia, and wartime rape.

Registration Requirements: 
This class is very interesting, inluding all readings are available online (no books required), current events, and videos. The requirements for this class include: 1) 3 tests (multiple choice/answer, fill in the blank, true/false, matching) and discussion board participation. There are also plenty of extra credit opportunities.
