Student Council for Exceptional Children (SCEC)
Mary Calie, mother of a young woman with cerebral palsy, will share her family’s journey related to inclusion in school and the community. She will discuss the decisions and hardships her family had to face to help her daughter be included in and outside the classroom.
P.S. You don't have to be an education major to come! We want to invite everyone to join whether you know someone with a disability, or you just want to learn more about exceptionalities.
