Public Radio Student Interest Meeting
Interested in storytelling? Join a new student organization sponsored by the Public Radio News Directors, Inc. (PRNDI) Come to our first organizational meeting Wednesday, Feb. 20 @ 4 p.m. in Combs 302.
All EKU students are invited to help organize a pilot project sponsored by PRNDI, WEKU and the EKU Department of Communication.
Students will have the chance to produce public radio style stories for WEKU and Kentucky Public Radio (building resumes and portfolios) and also create a semi-annual, multi-media reporting project.
Members also will have access to PRNDI’s national network of experts, employment opportunities, a national student competition, and an annual conference (June 2013 in Cleveland).
