Its that time of the year again! If you have been to the Royal Blue and Pure White Ball in the past you know that it is nothing short of spectacular and this years event will be bigger than ever!

The Royal Blue and Pure White Ball was the recipient of Eastern Kentucky University's Greek Life award "Best Non-Alcoholic Social Event" in March of 2010.

Tickets Will be on Sale TODAY on the main floor of the Powell Building from 10am-3pm.

Coming to the EKU Center for the Arts on January 26th... CINDERELLA! The Lexington Ballet brings this timeless story to life in an exciting new production that will have you believing in fairy tales.

Student tickets to this spectacular event are ONLY $10. Hurry! SEATING IS LIMITED and on a first-come, first-served basis. Student tickets must be purchased in person by Friday, January 25th. Box Office hours are 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

This offer is good for Eastern Kentucky University students ONLY. Students must present a valid student identification card. LIMIT TWO TICKETS PER STUDENT. Tickets will NOT be distributed on performance day.

**Eastern Equestrians- Learn to ride horses or continue riding!**

Love horses? Want to learn to ride or continue riding in college? Check out the Eastern Equestrians! There will be a meeting for new members on Wednesday, January 23rd at 8:15 pm in BREAKOUT ROOM #2 in NOEL STUDIO in the LIBRARY. If you need help finding the room, ask someone at the front desk in Noel Studio. Tell your friends and hope to see you there! =)

The EKU Energy Club will be hosting its first meeting of the Spring Semester today(Wednesday, 1/23) at 5 pm in the Noel Studio's Conference Room (2nd floor). We'll be planning out activities for the rest of the semester like:

* Club recruiting

* Earth Month Activities

* Club Energy Field Trip

* Team building/social activities

* Outreach Project

So be sure to swing by this afternoon (and bring a friend or two while you're at it), enjoy some free pizza, and help make our "energy choices and sources" a priority issue on campus!

EKU Energy Club

EKU’s 12-week Biggest Loser Program will launch Jan. 28. More than $1,000 in prizes will be awarded to individuals who have the largest percentage of weight loss, make the largest improvements in fitness, and earn the most points.

A $20 entry fee will be charged to enter the competition, but half of the funds collected will be donated to a local food bank.
