All EKU international students and domestic students interested in international affairs are invited to an informal get-together on Wed. Feb. 6 for delicious finger foods and socializing with the campus community and local community members. The national RecycleMania campus competition begins today and continues through March 30. EKU's weekly waste and recyclables are weighed to compare our performance with other universities nationwide.

The EKU Green Crew reminds you:

*Small blue containers are for recycling PAPER and PAPERBOARD only.

*PLASTIC BOTTLES/JUGS and ALUMINUM CANS go in larger marked containers in all residence halls, most campus building hallways and sidewalks.

*CARDBOARD & PIZZA BOXES should be broken down and placed next to recycling bins.

*Small tan containers are for NON RECYCLABLE GARBAGE ONLY.

*Think about taking banana & orange peels, apple cores and coffee grounds home to enrich your compost pile/garden.
