This event is about highlighting the Harlem Renaissance era.
Occuring in the 1920’s and 30’s, the Harlem Renaissance was a celebration of the rebirth of dance, music, artwork, literature, poetry, and theatre in the 21st century.
It is also a showcase of new talent.
Tonight we have a little bit of acting for you all based around the Harlem Renaissance Era which will happen sporadically throughout the night.
We have some talent showcasing dance and music, and we also have members of AFA that will be presenting some information about the Harlem Renaissance. Event Date: February 27; 7:00pm Location: Herndon Lounge Cost: Free!
