Join the EKU Energy Club in volunteering with Habitat for Humanity this Saturday, March 23rd to help provide affordable homes for Madison County residents. We'll be deconstructing a garage deconstruct a garage and we will be recycling the materials, siding and lumber for future projects. No construction skill necessary!

We'll meet in the CRAFT parking lot (behind the Carter Ag Building) at 9:45 and travel to the site location in downtown Richmond. Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization and ecumenical Christian ministry that works in partnership with people in need to build simple, decent, affordable housing.

Hello everybody!

There are still a few spots left for our annual summer service trip to New Orleans brought to you by The Office of Community Service and the co-ed service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega. The trip will begin on Sunday, May 12th and will return on Sunday, May 19th. We will be working with the St. Bernard Project to restore homes from the damage of Hurricane Katrina. The total cost of the trip will be $315 per person (this includes most meals, van costs, and lodging).

This conference is designed to provide educational and networking opportunities for Latino stduents, as well as expose them to role models, etiquette, and the "unwritten rules" of success.

Mileage reimbursements are available to student groups who travel together. Students must register by Friday, March 22 to receive mileage. The conference is FREE and includes breakfast, lunch, refreshments, materials and invaluable information and networking opportunities designed to empower college student success and professional development.
