McNair Scholars Program
The EKU McNair Scholars Program is recruiting academically talented students aiming for a doctorate degree. Program activities include faculty mentoring, a fall colloquium, a spring research class, a paid summer-long research internship, presentations at national conferences, intensive GRE preparation, graduate school application support, graduate school application fee waivers, an EKU scholarship, and graduate level assistantships and fellowships at leading universities. All activity and conference travel expenses paid by the program. Students must be from low-income and first-generation backgrounds and / or African-American, Hispanic, Native-American or Pacific Islander.
