Aviation Prospective Student Events

Thank you for your interest in EKU Aviation! Throughout the academic year, the Aviation Program is proud to offer Aviation Program Visits to provide prospective students and their families with a comprehensive overview of the program, a tour of the program’s facilities, and a forum to meet and ask questions of faculty, staff, and current students.

ALL IN-PERSON VISITS TAKE PLACE AT 1:00PM EST in the Whalin Technology Complex (D2 on EKU Campus Map)

To register for an upcoming visit, please complete the following steps:

1. Select from the available dates below. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once registered successfully.
2. If needed, register for a visitor parking pass. This must be completed PRIOR to your arrival or you vehicle may be ticketed and/or towed.
3. All in-person visits take place in the Whalin Technology Complex (located at D2 on the campus map). You can access our campus map for directions.
4. Visitors are invited to attend a tour of the airport and flight training operation following their campus visit. The tour will start promptly at 3:30pm. No other visits at the airport will be permitted.
