Spring 2024 (AY 2023-2024)

Fall/Spring 2024-2025 (AY 2024-2024)

The Summer 2024 Housing application will be available on April 3, 2024.

• To apply for Housing, log in to your Housing Portal and complete these steps:
  1. Navigate to your Housing Portal
  2. Click on the Housing App & Room Info button
  3. Select the term for which you are applying
  4. Go to your application
  5. Returning students will be required to pay the $100 Housing Commitment Fee to complete the application.
  6. First-year students will be required to pay the $200 Colonel Commitment Fee through the Admissions Portal to begin their housing applications. (Please allow 24 hours after the commitment fee is paid to allow the system to upload your payment. You will not be able to complete the housing application until the payment has been processed in the system.)
