Leadership Lectures
Leadership Lectures is a series of events designed to highlight various topics in leadership. A variety of guest speakers and special presentations will encourage and empower students to be effective leaders on campus and in the community. This series is open to all students at any level of leadership.
Emerging Leaders
This program is aimed at first-year students to aid in developing individual leadership skills. Students will participate in a variety of workshops, leadership development, and service activities that will help build relationships, while giving them the opportunity to begin their leadership journey at EKU!
Established Leaders
This program is designed for current student leaders interested in enhancing their leadership skills. Students will participate in workshops and activities that will provide them with tools to lead with confidence, develop techniques to manage their organization’s needs, and facilitate positive change on campus.
I AM EKU
I AM EKU is an annual leadership recognition program which celebrates student leadership contributions and efforts that positively impact the EKU experience for others. Students nominated truly model the way of what it means to be a Colonel through their student leadership. They encourage others to get involved; to excel academically; to serve our campus and greater community; to ignite the leader within.
