Colonel’s L.E.A.D. Workshop Series

The Colonels L.E.A.D. workshop series is an interactive leadership program that equips students with practical skills to lead effectively on campus and beyond. Through hands-on sessions, participants explore their strengths, learn how organizations function, and build confidence in communication, decision-making, and team leadership. Open to both emerging and experienced student leaders, the series provides tools and insights to help students lead with purpose and impact.

This interactive session uses the CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment to help participants understand how their natural talents influence how they lead, communicate, and make decisions!

This fast-moving, hands-on leadership experience that shows students how to truly run an organization: From setting a bold direction to building an empowered team, leading productive meetings, making smart decisions, and shaping a culture people are excited to join!

This interactive leadership lab equips student leaders with the practical skills needed to facilitate engaging, productive meetings and speak with confidence in front of any audience!

This interactive lab, where students learn the Four Frames approach (Structural, Human Resource, Political, Symbolic) to diagnose what’s really happening in an organization and choose smarter strategies.

Advanced leadership experience takes students deeper into the Four Frames by challenging them to analyze complex organizational dynamics, navigate competing priorities, and design multi-frame interventions in real time.

Students will learn how to navigate university processes, build relationships with campus partners, and lead their organizations more effectively. This workshop also gives students a real look into Student Affairs as a potential career path.
