The E. O. Robinson Mountain Fund is for Health Sciences majors with a minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstrated financial need who have graduated high school from one of the following Kentucky counties: Bell, Breathitt, Carter, Clay, Elliott, Estill, Floyd, Harlan, Jackson, Johnson, Knott, Knox, Laurel, Lawrence, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Martin, McCreary, Menifee, Morgan, Owsley, Perry, Pike, Powell, Rockcastle, Rowan, Whitley, or Wolfe.
