The National Association of Fire Investigators is dedicated to the education of fire investigation professionals worldwide. Fukai Toyotetsu Indiana (FTIC) was established in April 2014 and started its operation in October 2016. FTIC mainly handles the frame of the car body; there are features with large parts. The plant is in Jamestown, IN.
Toyotetsu Canada (TTCA) was Established in February 2006 and started its operation in December 2007. TTCA is the sole Canadian base for four North American sites and is at the northernmost latitude of the Toyotetsu Group. TTCA produces popular North American models such as RAV4 and Lexus. Toyotetsu Mexico (TTMX) established its first Mexican production base in 2016, and it started operating as an on-site supplier of Toyota Motor Manufacturing de Guanajuato in December 2019. TTMX manufactures body and chassis parts which include Tacoma’s PQ parts. The plant is located in the Central Highlands of Mexico.
Toyotetsu Mid America (TTMA) was established in June 2001 and started its operation in December 2002 as the second base in North America. TTMA mainly manufactures parts to be assembled in Toyota’s popular models, such as Highlanders and Siena. Toyotetsu Mid America is in Owensboro, KY.
Toyotetsu Texas (TTTX) started its operation in November 2006. TTTX produces tundra and tacoma parts. In addition to nearly all underbodies, TTTX also produces suspension parts such as upper bodies, functional parts, and lower arms. TTTX is in San Antonio, TX.
Y-tec Keylex Toyotetsu Alabama (YKTA) started its operation in 2021. YKTA is a Joint Venture of three Very Successful Automotive Companies: Y-tec, Keylex, and Toyotetsu. YKTA has 3 Major Processes: stamping, forming, and shaping of cold rolled, and high tensile material using forming dies inside a stamping press. Welding and Assembly, robotic welding and assembling with precision utilizing the latest technology. E-Coat, electro coating, provides a coating to prevent rust on products.
