The Facilitation Center has been providing professional facilitation services since 2003. The Center is well-respected and highly sought after by a variety of regional, national, and international organizations for its expertise and collaborative approach.  Our staff includes a Certified Professional Facilitator, Certified Virtual Facilitator, Everything DISC Practitioner, and many other credentials related to facilitation and training. 

The Center’s mission is to work in collaboration with our partners to facilitate knowledge and innovation that transforms our world.  We value and support an environment where everyone feels included and our actions and decisions foster and instill trust. 

Facilitation Specialties Include:

  • Personalizing meeting designs to fulfill each client’s unique needs
  • Effectively facilitating small and large sized groups, both in person and virtually
  • Collaborating with a wide range of professions and industries, including government agencies and non-profit organizations, across the United States
  • A diverse range of facilitation tools and techniques, including Developing a Curriculum (DACUM) Occupational Analysis, an internationally recognized process for conducting a job analysis for any profession
  • Award-winning workshops to train others on facilitation and related skills, which includes the Center’s Meeting Management & Facilitation Skills book
