The Campus Hazing Transparency Report is a new federal requirement under
the Stop Campus Hazing Act (Public Law No: 118-173), mandating that all US
colleges and universities publish details of substantiated hazing violations by
December 23, 2025, with biannual updates thereafter. These reports must
list student organizations found responsible, general descriptions of
violations (including alcohol/drug involvement, findings, sanctions) and
relevant dates, without personally identifiable information, to help students
make informed choices.
