Audio Visual Standards provided by the EKU department of Information Technology
Eastern Kentucky University provides a standard classroom configuration for all classrooms on the main campus and each extended campus. For full standard classrooms, funding will be provided by the IT department.
Requests for audio visual updates to campus spaces that do not fall within the standard classroom detailed below will be fully funded by the college, department or group making the request. To submit a request for a non-standard Audio Visual classroom or space, please visit Docusign Link.
IT funding includes the installation of new standard classrooms, maintenance of existing standard equipment, replacement of failing standard equipment with new standard equipment and labor costs for maintenance of standard classrooms.
