  • Michalle (she/her/hers) has been a member of the Counseling Center staff since 1994. She completed her clinical internship at Scott County Kentucky Comprehensive Care Center in Georgetown, Kentucky and obtained her M.S. in Clinical Psychology from EKU. Her professional interests include grief and loss, anxiety, depression, student adjustment concerns, mindfulness, stress management, trauma, and interpersonal relationships. She has facilitated psychotherapy and support groups such as interpersonal process therapy groups, grief groups, students with health and other disabilities support groups, and career decision-making groups. Her theoretical orientation is an integration of various perspectives including interpersonal therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
