  • Rachel (she/her/hers) is completing her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Spalding University and is excited to join EKU for the 2025–2026 school year as a Doctoral Psychology Intern. She has experience working with adults with complex trauma and takes a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to care. In her work, Rachel often blends evidence-based interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other trauma-focused modalities to fit each client’s unique needs. She strives to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel understood and supported as they work toward their goals. Rachel’s professional interests include trauma, anxiety, depression, and understanding how interpersonal patterns shape emotional health and relationships.
