  • Ms. Cvengros (she/her/hers) is a staff member and outreach coordinator at our Counseling Center. She completed her clinical internship at Hope Harbor, a sexual assault recovery center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She earned her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Western Kentucky University. She has experience working in community mental health in the central Kentucky area before beginning her position as an EKUCC staff counselor in 2021. Her professional interests include trauma, mood disorders, substance-use, under-represented populations in mental health, use of humor as a therapeutic coping tool, and personal/professional development. From a Cognitive-Behavioral theoretical foundation, she integrates various theoretical perspectives, including developmental, interpersonal, pragmatic, and biological approaches.
