Minor in Conflict Management

A minor in conflict management allows students to hone essential skills for the constructive deescalation and resolution of conflict. Students will take courses in persuasion, negotiation and mediation, gaining the skills needed to handle a spectrum of conflict from personnel disputes to boardroom negotiations.

A minimum of 18 credits are required for this minor.
