The mission of the Office of Sponsored Programs is to support the University’s strategic priorities of knowledge, innovation, and transformation through the pursuit of external funding and the responsible stewardship of awards.

The Office of Sponsored Programs seeks to foster an environment that supports faculty and staff engagement in sponsored projects in ways that promote meaningful contributions to science, faculty scholarship that positively impacts student learning, and transformative opportunities for engagement in educational, research, and service experiences.

The mission of the Office of Grants and Research Compliance is to serve faculty and staff in their management of awarded external funding while assuring adherence to applicable regulations. OGRC is focused on enhancing and facilitating the ability of faculty and staff to achieve their goals in research, instruction, and service by successfully managing all compliance areas involved with received funding from external sponsoring agencies, through the efficient and consistent provision of technical assistance and administrative support.

The purpose of the SRCE is to provide opportunities for faculty-student mentorships for the purpose of deep learning, professional skill development, and contributing to the worldwide knowledge base. We are dedicated to our vision: high quality scholarship through high quality mentorship.
