We are excited that you will soon be joining us at EKU! Please use this form to provide us with your arrival information and housing information.

SECTION B: ARRIVAL AND AIRPORT PICK-UP INFORMATION

EKU will offer free airport pick-up service from the Lexington's Blue Grass Airport (LEX) to Richmond, Kentucky. If you are arriving before or after pick up dates, you will have to arrange for your own transportation to Richmond, Kentucky.

Even if you don't need transportation from the airport, please enter your arrival information below so that we will know when you are arriving at EKU.

SECTION C: HOUSING AND ACCOMMODATION LOCATION

Please note, all students choosing to live within the EKU Housing are required to pay a $200 non-refundable pre-payment before they can select their rooms. This pre-payment will go towards their housing payment for the first semester.

SECTION D: INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ORIENTATION INFORMATION

There will be mandatory International Student Information Session on Jan 8th 2020. All international students (including F-1 transfer students) are required to attend this orientation. Failure to attend orientation could lead to a hold on your registration or cancellation of your I-20.

How many guests will accompany you to the Orientation?
