To participate in Choose Your Own Advising, please take this survey.

EKU has many resources to offer and we want to make sure you have the information you need at the time you need it. You can participate whenever you want and as many times as you want; ideally you will retake this survey at the beginning of every advising season.

Notice that you will be able to download your own answers right after you submit them. The survey has three sections:

1 – Logistics (Freshmen should pay particular attention to this section)

2 – Resources (Sophomores should pay particular attention to this section)

3 – Goals (Juniors should pay particular attention to this section)

At the end you will get a summary of your responses. Please save the PDF and bring it to your meeting with your academic advisor. We want to make sure you have all the resources you need!
