The academic lines will form by degree level and depart for the ceremony promptly based on the marching time listed. Students and guests should allow extra travel time due to traffic, parking, and potentially inclement weather.
Commencement Photos
Candidates will be photographed as they cross the stage at the commencement ceremonies. Private photographers are not allowed on the Commencement floor. Flash photography is allowed from the stands. Proofs and information from the photographer will be sent to the students’ EKU email address after the ceremony.
Diplomas
Candidates will be recognized by name and will receive their diploma covers as they walk across stage at their commencement ceremony. Actual diplomas are mailed six to eight weeks after degrees are conferred. This allows time for grade processing, awarding of degrees, printing and packaging. Visit this page for additional information regarding diplomas.
