The Division of Communications and Brand Management and the Division of Development and Alumni Relations captured 16 awards for EKU in the recent Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District 3 competition.

The honors included six Grand Awards, nine Awards of Excellence and one Special Merit Award.

The Grand Awards came in the categories of Social Media, Marketing/Branding Video, Graphic Design Periodicals, Photography Series, Recruitment Publication Series and Event.

Awards of Excellence came in the categories of Total Advertising Campaign, Total Website Design, Fundraising Video, Specialty Piece, Editorial Design, Multipage Publication, Magazine, Annual Report and Low-Budget Publication.

The Special Merit recognition was in the Feature Writing category.

The two divisions worked closely together on several of the winning entries.

The CASE honors follow five awards for the Division of Communications and Brand Management in the annual Educational Digital Marketing competition, including a gold award for the Spring 2017 EKU Magazine, and 12 awards in last year’s Public Relations Society of America Thoroughbred Chapter competition.
