EKU School of Nursing Clinical Simulation Center
The Eastern Kentucky University School of Nursing Clinical Simulation Center provides a dynamic, immersive learning environment. Utilizing state of the art simulation technology, the simulation lab allows nursing students to develop clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and confidence in a safe and supportive learning environment.
Our facilities include high-fidelity patient simulators, such as adult, maternal, infant and pediatric manikins, that realistically replicate complex clinical scenarios across a variety of healthcare settings. Students engage in hands on experiences that mirror real world nursing practice.
Through innovative, evidence-based simulation, EKU nursing students gain the skills needed to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care in today’s complex healthcare environment.
