Fire and Safety

Eastern Kentucky University offers three distinct degree programs in the areas of fire and safety. All of these programs provide you with a broad-based understanding of fire science while allowing you to pick the area of specialization that fits your interests and career goals.

All of the bachelor’s degrees are available on EKU’s campus with online options available (residency required for FAEI degree).


 

Accreditation

Our programs are accredited by the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC).

 

 

Eastern Kentucky University’s bachelor’s degree program in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering Technology (FPSET) has been accredited by the Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission of ABET.
