For Fieldwork Educators
Thank you for taking interest in the the EKU Occupational Therapy Curriculum Program. Filling out the Site Initiation Alignment with Curriculum Design Form will take you about 20 minutes to complete. This helps the Fieldwork Office understand the learning opportunities your site offers that align with our curriculum design. If using Internet Explorer, the document will open in edit mode allowing you to type directly into it. If using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, the document must be downloaded before allowing you to type directly into it. Please fill it out, save it, and then email to Deanna Burns as an attachment.

Capstone Experience and Project
Recently our department began an entry level occupational therapy doctorate program with our first class graduating in 2024-2025. As part of this change, each student is required to complete a capstone experience and project. This comprehensive video describes the capstone.
