Campus Mental Health Support for Individuals
EKU Counseling Center
- Use the Counseling Center when you are struggling with a mental health concern. This can include immediate difficulties that are making it hard to function socially, emotionally, or academically, or relate to challenges from your past that you are still struggling with. If you notice that you are having a harder time managing emotions or stress than usual, or experience major stressful events or traumatic events, please utilize our services.
- Drop by Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. To do a same-day initial appointment, come in by 3:30 p.m.

EKU Psychology Clinic
- The Psychology Clinic offers a wide range of both group and individual therapy services, as well as assessment services. The Psychology Clinic is open to children, adults, and families across the state of Kentucky including EKU faculty, staff, and students requesting assessment and/or those in need of extended services.
- All currently enrolled EKU students must first complete an initial assessment through the EKU Counseling Center to receive a referral to the Psychology Clinic. Call 859-622-1303 for an initial assessment.

Group Therapy
- Group therapy helps students feel connected and validated when they share their concerns with others who have had similar experiences.
