Feel Better Fasts are psychoeducational workshops that teach coping strategies to address our emotions so that we can thrive, even under stress! Topics include: how to cope with moods, manage stress, increase focus, and strategies to change how your mind and body responds to stress. Mindfulness, Mood Balance (emotional regulation), and Distress Tolerance are skills taught in these 1-hour drop-in workshops. Attend as many as you want to FEEL BETTER FAST!
