KHEAA has been contracted to complete all verification services on behalf of Eastern Kentucky University. All verification documents are available by signing into the MyKHEAA website. All forms/documentation should be completed and submitted to KHEAA Verify as soon as possible. KHEAA Verify will contact the student if the documents received are incomplete or if additional information is required to complete the verification process. Students and parents should contact KHEAA Verify with any questions concerning the receipt of their documents or the status of their verification, using the contact information listed below.
Please note: Verification Deadline – All verification forms/documentation must be submitted to KHEAA no later than 30 days prior to the last day of the term.
How does the student begin the verification process?
- Go to the KHEAA website and select “Sign In.”
- Sign in to MyKHEAA with the student ID and password (first-time MyKHEAA users must register first).
- Select “KHEAA Verify.”
- Complete the required verification forms.
