Mr. Boone is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at United Flow Technologies (UFT). Prior to UFT, Boone was the CFO at NESCO Specialty Rentals, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and all accounting and finance functions. Boone also held various CFO and finance-related roles at Patrick Industries, Pretzels Incorporated, and Brunswick Corporation.

As CFO, he is tasked with leading the finance function of a fast-growing $1 billion company. Patrick Industries is the leading national manufacturer and supplier of building and component products to the manufactured housing, recreational vehicle, and industrial markets.

Prior to Patrick Industries, Boone was the CFO at Pretzels, Inc., the second-largest U.S. pretzel manufacturer. Pretzel, Inc. employs 400 at two facilities producing 100 million pounds of total snacks of packaged and bulk pretzels, salty extruded snacks, and snack mix products annually. At Pretzel, Inc., he reversed a negative margin and increased sales in the salty extruded snack line, delivering positive ten-point gross margin results for 2013. In addition, he led sourcing, logistics, and facilities operations, delivering more than $2.2M+ in annualized savings.

Boone has also held several key financial positions for Brunswick Corporation. Brunswick is a Fortune 500 consumer products manufacturer and market leader in boats, engines, fitness, and bowling/billiards. At Brunswick, he was identified as a rising leader and selected as Director of Finance and strategic partner in helping save a struggling division with dwindling sales due to the recession. Boone transformed the underperforming Brunswick boat division as a strategic partner to the divisional president, driving millions in cost reduction and earnings.
