Ms. Heather Floyd is an accomplished administrative professional with a career spanning several years in various roles within the academic sector. Her journey in academia began in September 2003 when she joined the Office of the Registrar as a Records Clerk, marking the inception of her dedication to educational institutions.
In April 2006, Floyd’s commitment to her work promoted her to Senior Academic Recorder in the same office. In June 2007, Floyd ventured into the dynamic world of the Department of Communication, taking on the role of Administrative Assistant 1. Floyd’s remarkable journey continued in March 2015 when she assumed the position of Administrative Professional II in the Dean’s Office of the College of Business. In this capacity, she has been an integral part of the College’s administration, contributing significantly to its smooth operation and growth over the years.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Floyd is a devoted family person. She cherishes spending quality time with her loved ones, nurturing the bonds that are so important to her.
