Stephen has been involved in a total of three start-up manufacturing plant projects, the most recent and most successful being with a large Central Kentucky start-up where he spent 15 years as an Information Technology manager, working with corporate partners and national and local vendors to establish IT operations at the plant and then providing administration and oversight for IT functions such as ERP system, networking infrastructure, servers, desktops, etc.
Stephen is currently a visiting faculty member in business information systems and a graduate student at EKU as a doctoral student in the Ed.D. program.
Stephen and his wife reside in Richmond, and their son is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Asheville and resides in the Asheville, NC, area.
