Parent Information & Resources

Your Student’s Information

To access your student’s academic and account information, you’ll need to set up a Web-4-Parent Proxy, a service that allows students to grant written permission for a trusted proxy (guest) to view their academic and financial information through myEKU. It’s important to note that the proxy can only view the information. They cannot make any changes.

Once the student has granted permission, the proxy will receive emails containing a login link and temporary password. When they click on the link and use their email as their username, they’ll be guided to activate their proxy account.

Already have access?
If your student has already granted you access to their academic information, you can login to view it.

Need access?
If you would like to have your student complete the access request, please fill out the request form

How to Pay Your Student’s Bill

In order for third parties, anyone who is not the student, to make a payment on their behalf, students must invite them to be an “Authorized Payer”.

To grant someone access to make payments on a student’s account they will need login to their myEKU account and complete these steps:

  • Locate the Payments & Financial Aid card
  • Select “Pay My Bill”
  • Use the “Payers” menu item to add authorized users/payers
  • Follow the “Payer Information Instructions”’ to complete process

Once your student has completed the above steps you will receive instructions on how to make payments on your student’s behalf.
