The College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics is looking for a student to represent the College in delivering a commencement speech at the Fall graduation ceremony!
If you would like to submit an application for student speaker just follow the guidelines below. The selected speaker will have the honor of speaking on behalf of their fellow students at the commencement ceremony, and will also receive a $500 stipend. Applications are due Sunday, October 17th and should be emailed to stem@eku.edu.

- Speaker must be a fall or winter graduate.
- Speeches should be about 3-4 minutes in length (approximately 3-4 pages of double-spaced text).
- Speeches should be MSWord or Rich Text Format, double-spaced, in 12-point Times New Roman font, with normal one-inch margins.
- At the top of your text, please include your full name, EKU ID number, major, expected degree, and department.
- We will met via Zoom, where you will read us your speech.
